Dr Grounds Shortlisted for Optometrist Of The Year

Dr Grounds has been shortlisted for Optometrist of the year at the Optician Magazine Awards in April.

The biggest awards ceremony in the optics industry, the Optician Awards celebrates achievements in all areas of optics, from products to practices. But one of the most prestigious awards is the Optometrist of the year.

Dr Grounds said:

“Throughout my long career I have always strived to achieve the best I could for my patients. Helping them has in itself been reward enough. I had never imagined that I would be put forward for this award, and to be shortlisted is incredible, and a great honour.”

The ceremony is on the 14th of April, so we wait with fingers crossed to find out if the award comes back to Colchester.
