Whilst we can’t say for definite how long you will be at the centre, the fees guide will give you an idea of the approximate time for each appointment.
The parking at Wellington House is for the office staff only and is allocated, so unfortunately there is no parking available. There are disabled parking spaces at the Centre for those with a visible disabled parking badge. It’s advisable to ring Wellington House reception (not the MSTC) before you begin your journey to make sure they are still available 01206 542551
For those without disabled parking access the nearest car park is Butt Road (5 minute walk) but that can be very busy. St Johns, St Marys or NCP at Osbourne Street are the nearest multi-storeys and are all around a 15 minute walk to the centre.
There is a train service to Colchester Town, we are within approximately 20 minutes walking distance.
There are regular buses to Head Street, and an underpass at headgate which comes out on butt road. (next to the police station.)
